At HETS we produce all things “Posi” from joists, Rafters, Floor and Roof cassettes along will all other required elements for your project including Glulam Beams, Metal Hangers, Specialist fixings and more.

Our Designs are bespoke and draw on our years of design experence to ensure you get the right solution for your scheme, not what is the best for us to sell you!

Posi-Joists

Meal Web Joists are know across the industry under varying names such as “Space-Joists”, “Easi-Joists” and “Posi-Joists” and are all essentially adopting the same principles, combining the lightness of timber with the strength of the Posi-Strut steel web to produce a floor and roof system allowing you to span far greater distances than would be possible with alternative timber products.

Posi-Rafters

Engineered rafters that combine the lightness of timber with the strength of Posi-Strut steel web. A quality roof system that can span further than alternative timber products.

Posi-Rafters can also offer greater thermal U values than solid timber rafters.

Floor & Roof Cassettes

Design flexibility is inherent in the concept of the Posi-Joist. The depth, length and width can all be adjusted to produce an enormous number of different specifications, each with clearly defined performance criteria. In addition, end details of the Posi-Joist can be altered to give a variety of support conditions.

Hampshire Engineered Timber Solutions are a MiTek Posi-Joist manufacturer and benefit from the very latest industry leading design and layout software to create project specific designs.

Detailed output drawings can be provided for approval and manufacture, but it is the 3D viewer tools that really separates Posi-Joist from the rest.

Designs are shared via a free cloud based 3D viewing platform, allowing for a fully interactive 3D model of the floor or roof to be viewed on any internet enabled device. No apps are required, you will be sent a link to your model and simply click it to view in your browser..
