We are doing a self build and were somewhat unsure of the details of the posi joists fixings; Luke went above and beyond to help us finalise the design, all now (just) safely installed. he also let us have a look around the work shop and we had a session with our carpenter at his office to ensure that we knew what we were doing.Delivery was a day early despite our fairly tight timescale, and indecision, and the estimate didn’t change from the beginning.I couldn’t recommend HET more highly.read more……read less…..
