HETS designs and manufactures MiTek Posi-Joists at our factory in Swanmore, Hampshire, and delivers them across West and East Sussex. Every floor and roof is made to measure, with a free design, structural calculations for building control and a free interactive 3D model.
All of Sussex is in our Local delivery zone, and our standard lead time is 15–20 days from design approval.

West Sussex
Self-build support in Midhurst
A self-builder converting an old hangar into a new home in Midhurst wasn’t sure about the fixings for their Posi-Joists. We helped finalise the design, hosted a workshop visit with their carpenter and delivered a day early despite a tight timescale. In their words, “the estimate didn’t change from the beginning”.
We have also supplied a project in South Harting, near Petersfield.
East Sussex
Phased projects in Brighton
On a phased project in Brighton, the main contractor’s Contracts Manager said we were “exceptionally client-focused” and showed “great flexibility in adapting both the manufacturing and delivery” to suit the job.
