Pre-forming your floors and roofs as cassettes saves time and enables a safer construction site.

At HETS all of our cassette systems are bespoke and tailored to your scheme and design. With our experience of designing and delivering cassettes we can help you achieve your project’s Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV).

Speed Of Install

Each floor will be designed into manageable pieces (cassettes) to enable safe and efficient transport. The cassettes can be quickly and easily lifted into position on site.

Site Safety

Cassettes can be installed from your perimeter scaffolding. This means you are reducing working at height risks. Because the decking is already factory fitted, you don’t require air bags or crash decks to install the floors.

Bespoke

Every design is different and tailored to your scheme, we can include P5 decking, sub decks, insulated ring beams and any other combination you may require.

We work within strict tolerances to ensure compliance with building regulations and performance requirements for both fire and acoustic standards.

Hampshire Engineered Timber Solutions are a MiTek Posi-Joist manufacturer and benefit from the very latest industry leading design and layout software to create project specific designs.

Detailed output drawings can be provided for approval and manufacture, but it is the 3D viewer tools that really separates Posi-Joist from the rest.

Designs are shared via a free cloud based 3D viewing platform, allowing for a fully interactive 3D model of the floor or roof to be viewed on any internet enabled device. No apps are required, you will be sent a link to your model and simply click it to view in your browser..
