HETS designs and manufactures MiTek Posi-Joists at our factory in Swanmore, Hampshire, just over the border from Surrey. Every floor and roof is made to measure, with a free design, structural calculations for building control and a free interactive 3D model.
All of Surrey is in our Local delivery zone, and our standard lead time is 15–20 days from design approval.

Your Posi-Joists are only as good as the metalwork holding them up. We supply:
- Joist hangers: for fixing to walls, beams and steels
- Restraint straps: to tie walls to floors, as Building Regulations require
- Strongbacks: to stiffen the floor and cut down on bounce
Order them with your joists, or on their own from our online shop: free standard delivery on metalwork orders over £200, and next day delivery for £40.
