When an old floor needs replacing, Posi-Joists make the job simpler:
- Made to measure: every joist is designed for your building and delivered to length
- Trimmable ends: solid timber ends can be cut by up to 130mm each end on site, for walls that aren’t quite where the drawings say
- Services through the floor: pipes and cables run through the open web, with no notching or drilling
- Calculations included: structural calcs for building control come with every design
